The SC-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) on Thursday instructed the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) to withdraw the 16 outstation players who were picked by the eight franchises to play in the third edition of Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL). But the TNCA through its secretary RI Palani has sent in a strongly worded letter and said that the CoA in its letter has shown complete disregard for the players and goes against the constitution of the BCCI.
